Johnson County Wastewater makes every effort to produce and publish the most accurate information possible. This information is furnished as a service to our customers and is updated nightly. The information must be accepted and used by the recipient with the understanding that the data was developed and collected for the purpose of determining wastewater charges. The billing information provided is based on the current balance due for your account. The Johnson County Wastewater Office assumes no liability whatsoever associated with the use or misuse of such data, and disclaims any representation or warranty as to the accuracy of the data. Kansas Open Records Act Statement "No person shall knowingly sell, give or receive, for the purpose of selling or offering for sale, any property or service to persons listed therein, any list of names and addresses contained in, or derived from public records..." K.S.A. 21-3914. Violation of this law is a Class C Misdemeanor and can subject the violator to prosecution and imprisonment up to 30 days and a fine of $500.00. Violators will be reported for prosecution. A convenience fee of $3.95 will apply to all credit/debit card transactions. Please have a copy of your JCW statement available so that you can provide the proper information to complete your online transaction. We gladly accept, Master Card, Visa and Discover cards. In utilizing this service, please make payment at least two business days before the due date to avoid late fees. It takes at least two business days for credit card payments to post to your account.
